Real Estate Answer, LLC is part of a group of investors that acquires
multifamily properties in emerging markets. The core of the
company's business model revolves around developing key
relationships within a variety of growth markets across the country.
At any given time, our company’s network continues to grow and is
presently infiltrating emerging markets that have been identified to
present the highest level of value and return for our group and its
affiliates.
We are dedicated to the use of real estate investments for the
protection, preservation and enhancement of invested capital. Our
combination of real estate expertise and multi-disciplined skills with a
philosophy of “hands-on management” has produced a solid
company dedicated to quality, innovation and performance which
resulted in past successes and which is the foundation upon that we
are building an even more successful future.
Real Estate Answer, LLC was formed in 2005 by Sean D. Hewett
President and CEO. Sean Hewett has extensive real estate
knowledge and experience in commercial market analysis and multi-
family housing ownership. Mr. Hewett has trained under some of the
Real Estate industries best. He focuses’ on, emerging market
identification, commercial property analysis, syndication, and
advanced marketing techniques.
Mr. Hewett earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical
engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He has worked
as an engineer on numerous large scale commercial construction
projects for the largest privately held construction management
company in the country. Past clients include: Amgen, Pfizer, Dunkin
Donut’s Center Arena, Bank of America- call center, and Brown
University
In 2006 Sean was joined by Erik Malmquist who serves as our
Property Management and Acquisitions Specialist. Erik has
extensive property management training and experience. Erik has
personally managed all aspects of a 150 unit apartment complex
(Nahattan Terrace Apartments) as well as an 80 unit condominium
complex (Medfield Gardens) for over 8 years.
In 2007 Sean and Erik were joined by Emily Martineau who serves
as fellow principal and executive Vice President. Emily has
extensive sales experience in the Biotechnology industry. She
leverages her sales experience and start-up business knowledge to
contribute to the success of Real Estate Answer. Ms. Martineau
earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Eckerd
College. She has worked in customer applications and account
management for the largest commercial DNA sequencing facility in
the world.
